Senior QA Engineer (8-10 years)

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA efforts in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality testing solutions across manual, automated, and performance testing.
• Design and implement test strategies for complex applications, integrating best practices and driving the adoption of new testing methodologies.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using [specify tools, e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter].
• Perform performance testing, including load, stress, and scalability testing, and provide insights for optimization.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth release cycles and defect resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the QA knowledge base by sharing best practices and insights.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in both manual and automated testing, with a focus on large-scale, high-traffic applications.
• Expertise in using automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
