Junior QA Engineer (2-3 years)

Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases for manual testing, ensuring adherence to the project’s quality standards and requirements.
• Assist in developing automated test scripts under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in test planning sessions and support the senior QAs in setting up and executing performance test scenarios.
• Log, track, and verify defect fixes and perform regression testing as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with manual testing, with some exposure to automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium or any other automation tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of performance testing concepts and tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic QA environment.
