Mid-Level QA Engineer (4-5 years)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases and scripts, both manually and via automation, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with senior QAs and developers to identify potential risks and ensure that test cases are well-aligned with project goals.
• Implement and maintain automation scripts using [specify tools, e.g., Selenium, Cypress] and assist in setting up performance testing scenarios.
• Conduct regression testing, smoke testing, and system integration testing as needed.
• Document, track, and prioritize defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Proficient in manual testing with a strong grasp of automation frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.
• Experience with performance testing (e.g., JMeter) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, with experience in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
