Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Agile teams to develop and execute manual and functional test cases for P&C insurance applications.
- Analyze user stories and requirements to create detailed test cases covering functional aspects of policy, claims, underwriting, and billing processes.
- Identify and report defects, working closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues and retest as needed.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), providing valuable insights on testing progress and blockers.
- Work with senior QAs to ensure consistency in test processes and standards across projects, contributing to a robust quality culture.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in manual and functional testing with a focus on the P&C insurance domain.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, with experience in Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes and systems.
- Proficient in test planning, test case development, and defect tracking.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
